Course Description

Trigonometric functions, identities, conditional equations, polar coordinates, vectors, polar graphs, complex numbers, DeMoivres theorem, conic sections. Students will determine appropriate mathematical and computational models and methods in problem solving and demonstrate an understanding of mathematical concepts. Students will apply appropriate mathematical and computational models and methods in problem solving. Student cannot receive credit for both this course and MAC 1147 pre-calculus.
