Course Description

This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts and techniques used in the Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems design. It covers a basic overview of VLSI system design with its impact on the semiconductor industry. The objective is to familiarize students with the key aspects of VLSI systems and the fundamental relationship between VLSI Chip design and fabrication processes. Practical experience with industry standard CAD tools is also an integral part of the course.
