Course Description

Development of effective sales skills, including listening, questioning, presenting, objection handling & closing, building long-term relationships. Emphasis on practical application. Prerequisites/Corequisites: Only (a) business students who have completed ACG 3301 with a "C" or better; or (b) students formally pursuing General Marketing Minor, or Professional Sales Minor; or (c) students formally pursuing certificates in Health & Fitness Marketing, or Sales & Customer Relationship Management.
