The Master of Science (MS) in Adult Education and Human Resource Development prepares individuals to be trainers, organizational development specialists, instructional designers, human performance consultants, and/or researchers in human resource development. Graduates of the program become program coordinators, instructors, directors of non-profit agencies, community school administrators, and outreach professionals in workplace development, community and technical colleges, and corporations.
