Adult Education and Human Resource Development

The Master of Science (MS) in Adult Education and Human Resource Development prepares individuals to be trainers, organizational development specialists, instructional designers, human performance consultants, and/or researchers in human resource development. Graduates of the program become program coordinators, instructors, directors of non-profit agencies, community school administrators, and outreach professionals in workplace development, community and technical colleges, and corporations. This degree meets the requirements for Florida's certified program in Adult Education Administration as specified on the Florida Department of Education website, and the content for the American Society Training and Development “Certified Learning Professional” program.
