Program Title

Occupational Therapy

The Master of Science (MS) in Occupational Therapy program prepares students to become skilled entry-level occupational therapists. The curriculum emphasizes occupational performance, culture and diversity, research and evidence-based practices, and community engagement. This intensive, in-person hands-on program equips students with the knowledge, and skills to promote health, wellness, and occupational performance throughout the lifespan. Graduates of the MSOT program are eligible candidates for certification by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) . The program is accredited by the Accreditation Council in Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE), located at 7501 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 510E, Bethesda, MD 20814; (301) 652-6611.
