PMSFH:CFI - Post-Graduate Nurse Practitioner Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner

The Post-Graduate Nurse Practitioner (NP) Certificate in Family Health Nursing program prepares students to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to individuals and families across the lifespan, including perinatal care. The curriculum emphasizes advanced nursing practice in a variety of ambulatory and community-based settings, focusing on wellness, disease prevention, episodic care, and the management of chronic illnesses through a person and family-centered approach.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are be eligible to take the Family Nurse Practitioner National Certification Exam and will be equipped to practice independently or collaboratively as family nurse practitioners.
